The tenth annual ACM Honors took place back on Aug. 30 and was televised last night (Sept. 9) on CBS, marking the first time the ceremony reached the screen.
The evening at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium featured many highlights, including a cover of Little Big Town’s 2014 hit “Girl Crush,” performed by Alicia Keys and Cam. Within the duo, Cam performed lead vocals and guitar, while Keys added piano and filled in the vocal harmonies.

After the performance, Little Big Town took the stage to accept the ACM Crystal Milestone Award. “I’ve never wanted to jump up and sing so bad,” Little Big Town’s Karen Fairchild exclaimed.
“We also want to thank our families — from our mamas and daddies to our husbands and wives and our babies. I’m so wrinkled cause my baby has been sitting on my lap all night, but I wouldn’t have it any other way,” LBT’s Kimberly Schlapman said of her daughter Daisy Pearl.
This wasn’t the night’s only special performance involving Little Big Town. The evening also saw Dierks Bentley, Keith Urban and Little Big Town combine forces to cover David Bowie’s “Heroes” in a special benefit for Stand Up to Cancer.
