Abel Tesfaye, better known as The Weeknd, brought the chorus of his massive hit “Cant’ Feel My Face” to the Grammys stage, flanked by a mirrored club interior. Shortly there after Tesfaye, in a conservative tux with his signature hair globule, sauntered to a cello and piano, singing “In the Night” from last year’s Beauty Behind the Madness in his distinctive contralto.

The Weeknd is nominated for Best Record and Best Pop Solo Performance for “Can’t Feel My Face,” Best R&B Performance for “Earned It (Fifty Shades of Grey)” and Best Urban Contemporary Album and Album of the Year for Beauty Behind the Madness.
