Tim McGraw was on hand at the 2015 Oscars to pay tribute to country music legend Glen Campbell.
McGraw delivered a stirring rendition of “I’m Not Gonna Miss You,” Campbell’s final song, written for the poignant documentary I’ll Be Me
The track is nominated for the Oscar for best original song.
When McGraw hit the red carpet with wife Faith Hill, he wasn’t wearing a cowboy hat. But he donned a classy black one to go with his tux as he sat beside the mic, ready to deliver the song. As Campbell battles Alzheimer’s disease, his legacy will not be forgotten.
Earlier today (Feb. 22), CNN announced it gained domestic broadcasting rights to the PCH Films documentary, which will make its broadcast television premiere in June 2015.
