The 29-year old Los Angeles native paid his respects to Kobe Bryant, his daughter Gianna, and the others who died in today’s heartbreaking helicopter crash.
“This doesn’t seem real right now,” Mustard said. “Love and respect and blessings to his family. I pray that we pray for them [and] everybody shows love to the family.”
His favorite memory of the Los Angeles Lakers legend? Mustard went for a classic instance of Kobe’s dialed-in gamely focus: “When [Orlando Magic forward] Matt Barnes tried to throw the ball at his face, but he didn’t flinch.”
