Fresh off a best country album win for Wildcard, Miranda Lambert took the stage at the 2021 Grammy Awards on Sunday night (March 14) to perform one of the project’s hit tracks, “Bluebird.”
Decked in a fittingly blue, fringe-lined dress, the country superstar belted the breezy song amid a floral arrangement at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
“And if the whole wide world stops singing / And all the stars go dark / I’ll keep a light on in my soul / Keep a bluebird in my heart,” she sang in the chorus, an uplifting, much-needed message after a tumultuous year.
“Bluebird” was nominated for best country solo performance and best country song at this year’s ceremony.
