The Billboard Latin Music Awards are just weeks away, and the competition between the most popular songs — such as “Despacito” by Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee featuring Justin Bieber, J Balvin and Willy William’s “Mi Gente” featuring Beyoncé, “Escapate Conmigo” by Wisin and Ozuna, Maluma’s “Felices Los 4” and “Chantaje” with Shakira — remains very close.
Among all categories, Regional Mexican song of the year has attracted perhaps the most attention, because it only has two artists competing, each with two songs: Calibre 50 with “Corrido de Juanito” and “Siempre te Voy a Amar,” against Christian Nodal’s “Adios Amor” and “Probablemente” (feat. David Bisbal).
And while the final day approaches, Billboard has created a Spotify playlist in celebration of all finalists at the 2018 Billboard Latin Music Awards. To see the full list of nominations click here.
