At the 2019 Golden Globe Awards, Lady Gaga hit the red carpet in a powder blue ball gown fit for Hollywood royalty and a Disney princess — and the whole ensemble embraced the eccentric flair of Mother Monster, of course.
The pop star is nominated for her breakthrough role as Ally in A Star Is Born — notably in the best actress category for a motion picture, drama — and opted for a dramatic dress complete with lengthy train and satiny sleeves that drop just below her shoulders.
The gown is Valentino couture, and could easily pass as a brought-to-life version of Cinderella’s iconic fairy tale frock from the Disney animated classic. The blindingly bright diamond necklace and earrings are Tiffany. She traded in her typically blonde hair for baby blue tresses for an oh-so-Gaga twist to complete the look.
Gaga is also nominated in the best original song category for her performance of “Shallow,” her collaboration with Bradley Cooper.
