Jorja Smith lit up the stage at the Brit Awards with a performance of “Don’t Watch Me Cry” on Wednesday (Feb. 20) at The O2 in London.
Smith took to the stage in a glittering white dress, pouring emotion into the solo performance. Backed only by a piano, Smith commanded the arena with her smooth vocals.
“I’m not crying ’cause you left me on my own/ I’m not crying ’cause you left me with no warning/ I’m just crying ’cause I can’t escape what could’ve been/ Are you aware when you set me free?/ All I can do is let my heart bleed,” she crooned.
Smith also won the British female solo artist catergory at the ceremony.
Little Mix with Ms Banks, Hugh Jackman and George Ezra also performed during the big night.
