
The Grammy Awards Premiere Ceremony will be available to stream live Sunday, Jan. 28, from 3-6 p.m. ET.
Paul Shaffer will host the pre-ceremony, which will feature some of the night’s nominees. Body Count, India.Arie, Jazzmeia Horn, Taj Mahal & Keb’ Mo’ and Stile Antico all have performances scheduled for the Premiere show, and each have at least one nomination.
Zac Brown, Natalie Grant and Bernie Herms, Ledisi, Lisa Loeb and Neil deGrasse Tyson — who are all up for awards this year — as well as former Recording Academy chair Jimmy Jam will present some of the first 70 awards of the night.
In addition to hosting, Shaffer will also act as music director, with his Most Dangerous Band serving as house band.
The Premiere Ceremony will be held at The Theater at Madison Square Garden and will stream on Grammy.com. The 60th annual Grammy Awards will follow the Premiere show, broadcasting live at 7:30 p.m. ET from New York on CBS.
