From Kendrick Lamar’s fiery performance to Lady Gaga’s bombastic Bowie tribute, the Twitter-verse was in a frenzy during the 58th annual Grammy Awards. Adele, Selena Gomez, Taylor Swift, Lamar and Justin Bieber were the most-tweeted-about artists of the evening and appeared in many choice social media moments during Monday night’s broadcast.
Grammys 2016: 34 Things You Didn’t See on TV
Ed Sheeran nabbed the awards for best pop solo performance and song of the year, the latter of which also made for the most-tweeted moment of the entire night. Fellow music maker and “All About It” collaborator Hoodie Allen gave his mate a shout-out.
Everything is right in the world. Congrats to my friend @edsheeran you deserved it mate!

Though Kendrick Lamar didn’t snag album of the year, to the devastation of dedicated To Pimp A Butterfly fans, his performance of “The Blacker the Berry” and “Alright” won the night.
I could literally feel the heat from the flames in that @kendricklamar performance. So fucking grateful I got to see that.

And of course, Meghan Trainor perfectly summed up her emotional moment winning the best new artist award.

Album of the year, best rap album and song of the year were the categories that were shown the most love (or sparked the most debate) in the Twittersphere.

Because of it though… I’m treating myself to an in n out. So maybe it was worth it.
