The annual Billboard Music Awards nominations were announced today (April 4), and artists are taking to social media to share their reactions.

Khalid, Dua Lipa, EXO, GOT7, Zedd, Ella Mai, H.E.R., Dan + Shay, Maroon 5, Daddy Yankee and much more have shared messages of excitement about the announcements.

This year’s awards ceremony will be hosted by Kelly Clarkson and will take place on May 1 at the MGM Garden Arena in Las Vegas. It will also air live at 8:00 p.m. ET on NBC.
