Lil Wayne and Nicki Minaj pushed back their albums (Tha Carter V, The Pinkprint) to December, Mary J. Blige‘s The London Sessions leaked, Theophilus London unleashed a pre-release stream of Vibes! – his sophomore album executive produced by Kanye West – and Run The Jewels released one of the best 2014 rap albums, Run The Jewels 2.
