Saturday Night Live is continuing its streak of star-studded performances by announcing on Thursday (Feb. 6) that The Weeknd and David Byrne will be returning as musical guests.
Byrne will ring in the leap year with his performance on Feb. 29, and The Weeknd will follow on March 7. Additionally, comedian and former SNL writer John Mulaney will host for the third time on Feb. 29, and Daniel Craig will return as host for the first time in eight years on March 7.
The two episodes following SNL performances from Halsey, Luke Combs and Justin Bieber.
The news comes just as The Weeknd’s “Heartless” snags his 10th No. 1 on Billboard’s Rhythmic Songs airplay chart, and as fans eagerly anticipate a new album. Byrne’s Grammy-nominated American Utopia album was recently developed into a Broadway musical.
