Lin-Manuel Miranda stopped by The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Friday (Nov. 17) to talk about everything from the current state of Puerto Rico to his life after Hamilton.
In one segment, Miranda — who created a Broadway phenomenon based on the birth of the United States — competes with American history wunderkind Macey Hensley in a founding fathers history trivia game. Miranda and Hensley both answer a few questions correctly before DeGeneres asks “Herclues Mulligan was a tailor’s apprentice. What’s the name of Taylor Swift‘s new album?” prompting laughs from the audience as both contestants look dumbfounded. Finally, Miranda sheepishly presses his buzzer and whimpers “‘Look What You Made Me Do’…?”
