Khloe Kardashian paid a little visit to Ellen on Thursday (Jan. 4) to give an update on her pregnancy, share stories of the journey to date, and play a game called “Pregnancy Brain.”
This was her first televised appearance since confirming her pregnancy via Instagram with boyfriend and Cleveland Cavaliers star Tristan Thompson back in December.
Khloe, who is pregnant with her first child, appeared in a fitted white dress, explaining to Ellen that she wanted to avoid wearing maternity clothes for as long as possible. She also talked about the difficulties of the first trimester of pregnancy, “At the beginning, the first trimester is the worst and no one knows you’re pregnant yet and you feel the most uncomfortable,” she said. “… I think once people know you’re pregnant, you get all the excuses.” Khloe also informed Ellen that she doesn’t know whether the child is a boy or a girl yet.
The pair also discussed a hilarious clip of Khloe’s mom Kris Jenner’s latest visit to the show, in which Jenner accidentally called Khloe’s boyfriend “daddy” while addressing a recent photo posted of him on Khloe’s Snapchat.
The 33-year-old Khloe sang her boyfriend’s praises, calling the pregnancy “surreal” and saying that Thompson has been very supportive every step of the way. “He’s so great just during pregnancy and he makes me more excited too. I’m excited.” Kardashian also talked about a potential marriage with Thompson in the future, saying that what’s meant to be will happen, and that the couple have talked about it.
The two finally played a game of “Pregnancy Brain,” a spin-off of Ellen’s “Burning Questions.” DeGeneres asked questions and Khloe answered as fast as possible. When asked, “Have you been starstruck by anybody?,” Kardashian revealed that she had met late pop great Michael Jackson, at his Neverland ranch, when she was a little girl.
