The trailer for the new James Bond film, No Time to Die, dropped on Tuesday (Dec. 3), giving fans their first long-awaited glimpse of Rami Malek’s mysterious character.
In the action flick, Malek is set to play supervillain Safin, who faces off against Daniel Craig’s Bond late in the trailer. “James Bond. License to kill. History of violence. I could be speaking to my own reflection — only your skills die with your body. Mine will survive long after I’m gone,” Malek says ominously in the trailer, leading 007 to warn, “History isn’t kind to men who play God.”
Malek’s Safin isn’t the only big bad the secret agent is up against in his latest big screen adventure, either. The teaser also reveals the return of iconic Bond villain Ernst Stavro Blofeld, played by Christoph Waltz, who last appeared in 2015’s Spectre.
