The humorous back-and-forth between the social media-loving couple stemmed from Teigen’s apparent lack of knowledge about when the finale was airing and her failure to cook anything for Kelly Clarkson, Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani. “I didn’t know tonight was the voice finale. John invited everyone to dinner at the house after and I’m really f—ing mad because I didn’t make a f—ing FINALE meal,” Teigen tweeted, lamenting that all she had prepared was a “casual” meal. “I would have gotten a cake or something too?? Who the f–k does this? U don’t win the voice then eat short ribs.”
Teigen said the lack of a head’s up was “VERY john,” as she explained that she is “always in charge of doing the fun, extra s–t and he has no idea how much I plan normally and he’s like ‘no it’s fine they just wanna have dinner.'” Plus, duh, she did not order an ice cream truck!
