In a new clip for RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars 4, Manila Luzon struggles in the main challenge when she’s asked to sing for Leland, a producer who’s worked closely with Selena Gomez and Troye Sivan.
“I do this a lot, I have many songs and I perform all the time, so this should be easy for me,” Manila says confidently during her confessional.
What happens next could be of the most awkward singing moments in Drag Race herstory. While it isn’t as eyebrow-raising as Roxxxy Andrews’ infamous verse in “Read U Wrote U,” it’s still shocking to hear Manila, someone who has released several songs in the past, barely hitting notes during a live recording.
Manila’s drag sister and former All Stars teammate Latrice Royale also hilariously weighs in on Manila’s lackluster singing during her confessional.
The second episode of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars 4 premieres Friday (Dec. 21) on VH1.
