In honor of Women’s History Month, RCA Records turned to their female artists to curate and release their own personal playlists throughout the month of March that speak to the power of women in music.
The latest artist to make a playlist for the campaign is pop queen Christina Aguilera. The “Genie in a Bottle” singer’s collection of songs features her own song “Beautiful,” along with empowering jams like “Sorry Not Sorry” by Demi Lovato, “Ex-Factor” by Ms. Lauryn Hill and “Think” by Aretha Franklin.
The record company began their new “Women’s History: A Vibe” campaign at the start of March, releasing weekly playlists made up of songs written by women for women throughout history. The label released playlists from artists like Christina, P!nk, SZA, Kesha, Tinashe, Elley Duhé, Becky G, HER, Amy Shark and Doja Cat.
