Fans of RuPaul’s Drag Race are used to seeing RuPaul host not only his reality show, but his own game-show-within-a-reality-show, Snatch Game. The mini-game show is a parody of the iconic Match Game, in which Ru tasks the queens of Drag Race with impersonating their favorite celebrities in order to make the guest contestants laugh.
Last night, though, Ru tried her hand at helping host the most iconic game show of all time, Jeopardy. The iconic queen appeared on-screen to give the contestants clues about popular films that portray drag, ranging from Robin Williams’ hilarious turn in Mrs. Doubtfire to the Marilyn Monroe classic Some Like It Hot.

After the contestants were able to successfully provide the questions to Ru’s answers, Jeopardy host Alex Trebek revealed that there was a reason he had Ru appear on the show. “I am going to be a guest on RuPaul’s Drag Race this year, look for it.”
While the audience’s reaction made it sound like he might have been joking, it turns out Trebek wasn’t kidding. In a video on Jeopardy’s Twitter account, Trebek said that “I’m going to be doing something on RuPaul’s Drag Race,” to which Ru added “Now that’s what I call a Daily Double!”

Does this mean Trebek will be a guest judge on this season? Will he be a guest host on Snatch Game? Will he barge into the Werk Room demanding that the queens answer trivia questions about the show? We’ll have to wait and find out.
