Taylor Momsen has gone through a lot of transformations in her young career. She’s currently the heavily eyelinered frontwoman of rock group The Pretty Reckless, and before that, starting in 2007, she was the fresh-faced Jenny Humphrey on Gossip Girl.
But even earlier, back in 2000, she played Christmas devotee Cindy Lou Who in the live-action version of How the Grinch Stole Christmas.

She was only 7 when she played the Dr. Seuss mini-heroine with a spout of blond hair atop her head. And while the black-clad, 22-year-old rocker might seem worlds away from that little girl, she still remembers it well.
Momsen tweeted out a video of her sweetly singing “Where Are You Christmas?” in the film just this week, writing, “It’s that time of year again…happy holidays everyone, 2016 will be filled with new music.” One thing has clearly stayed the same: the singer/actress’ love of music.
