The upcoming NBC special A Very Wicked Halloween: Celebrating 15 Years on Broadway might just get even more “popular,” thanks to a new announcement of two new performers on Thursday (Oct. 11): Adam Lambert and Ledisi… plus a special performance from the Wicked cast.
Lambert is a Wicked alum, having already appeared in the first national touring of the musical. Ledisi is a Grammy-nominated R&B artist, also known for her portrayal of gospel singer Mahalia Jackson in the 2014 biopic Selma.
Lambert and Ledisi will be returning to Oz for the concert tribute alongside previously announced artists Kristin Chenoweth, Idina Menzel, Ariana Grande and Pentatonix.
A Very Wicked Halloween will air on NBC on Oct. 29 at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT.
