A second weekend of Eddie Vedder’s 2021 Ohana Festival, Ohana Encore, will feature sets from Beck, Pearl Jam, Brandi Carlile and others on Oct. 1-2. The bonus fest will take place at Doheny State Beach in Dana Point, California and also feature Lord Huron, White Reaper and ZZ Ward on night one and Sleater-Kinney, Margo Price and Amythyst Kiah on night two.
Pearl Jam will headline both nights of what will be their only North American dates of 2021 so far besides an appearance at the See.Hear.Now Festival in Asbury Park, New Jersey on Sept. 18; the band will spend the summer touring Europe and they’ve rescheduled their COVID-postponed 2020 North American dates for early 2022.
The Encore will follow September’s Ohana Festival (Sept. 24-26), also at Doheny State Beach, which will include headline sets from Kings of Leon, Vedder and PJ, as well as appearances by My Morning Jacket, Black Pumas, Durand Jones & the Indications, Caamp, Maggie Rogers, The Frames, Spoon, Mac DeMarco, Carlile, Yola, Sharon Van Etten and Mon LaFerte, among many others.
A portion of the proceeds from the Ohana shows will benefit the San Onofre Parks Foundation and the Doheny State Beach Foundation. Tickets for the Encore edition will go on sale on Friday (July 23) at 10 a.m. PT here.
