Just as Game of Thrones will soon return to our television sets, the MOGA Festival will soon return to the HBO series’ Moroccan film set.
The festival will return Oct. 13-15 to the beachside city of Essaouria for the second year, to hold a dance music event where GOT shoots its Astapor and King’s Landing scenes.
As Dancing Astronaut reports, the festival will feature a focus on techno, Moroccan, African and Maghrebian music and include venues Skala du Port (as seen in Game of Thrones), Sofitel Mogador, the French Institute, the Dar Souiri cultural center and Taros Café.
This year, there will also be movies, workshops, exhibitions and talks. The lineup will be announced at a later date.
