Drake brought down the house (island?) at Governors Ball on Friday night (June 5), with a hits-filled setlist and his trademark goofy bravado. When he wasn’t teasing a New York OVO Fest or promising another Weeknd collab (yes, both of those things happened), he was giving concert-goers what they came for by being, well, super Drake-y.

4. Playing to the crowd totally and completely (“This is the most fun I’ve ever had at a festival in my life — you are a special group of people,” he told us) by subbing in “New York” for every other city (or person) mentioned in his songs, from the 6 to Chicago rapper Lil Mouse:
5. Telling the crowd, after singing “Jungle” and “Find Your Love,” that he was sorry for turning down but that “you know I gotta sing about the candles and the flowers and shit:”
