Hosted by BET Networks and AEG, the four-day festival will also feature previously announced headliners Kevin Hart, Nicki Minaj, Kendrick Lamar, Ice Cube and Snoop Dogg with Jay Rock and Ab-Soul, Miguel, the Roots and Bell Biv DeVoe with Doug E. Fresh.
