Chrissy Teigen

Chrissy Teigen arrives at White House Correspondents' Association (WHCA) annual dinner in Washington, DC, on April 25, 2015.

This past weekend, Billboard Music Awards co-host Chrissy Teigen attended the White House Correspondents' Dinner, where a Reuters photo of Patriots coach Bill Belichick ostensibly ogling the supermodel's posterior was taken and then widely distributed online -- so widely distributed that both Teigen and her husband John Legend joked about the picture on Twitter.

So did Teigen feel Bill Belichick staring at her ass? "I did not," she tells Billboard, laughing. "Actually, there were many more people in that group who should be called out. Poor guy."

The Lip Sync Battle co-host explained that she'd been pulled into a group photo, out of nowhere, and wasn't exactly sure what was happening behind her, and figures that everyone else in the shot was equally confused. "If anything, they were probably like, 'Why the f--- is this bitch standing in front of us?'" she jokes. "That's [probably] what they were thinking."

This year's White House Correspondents' Dinner wasn't the first time Teigen has met the president. "I've actually had a few encounters with him and I used to be really nervous, but we've actually spent a good amount of time together," says Teigen, whose husband has performed at both of Obama's inaugurations. If anything, this was the first time she'd talked with the first couple alone. "John wasn't there, so it was weird being alone. [Obama] was like, 'Where's John?'"

But even though she's familiar with the first couple ("FRIENDS FOREVER," as she posted to Instagram), the process of interacting with them is still something of a novelty. "You never really know when you're going to meet them or get to say 'hi,' because there's a million people vying to say hello to them," Teigen explains. "It's always unexpected. Someone will come up to you, one of their staffers, tap you on the shoulder and say, 'Would you like to come say hello?' Then you go in this room with a lot of television celebrities and movie stars and you wait in line like it's Disneyland. It's very cool."

Teigen will co-host the 2015 Billboard Music Awards with Ludacris on Sunday, May 17 at 8pm ET.
