David Letterman will end his late night TV run next week with some of his most-trusted guests.
On Monday, Tom Hanks will make his 60th appearance on a Letterman-hosted show, having first appeared with the host on NBC's Late Night in 1984. He'll be joined by Pearl Jam's Eddie Vedder, who will perform backed by Paul Shaffer.
On Tuesday, Letterman's first Late Night guest Bill Murray will make his 44th appearance on a Letterman-hosted show. Letterman has been known for his colorful appearances, dating back to the 1982 Late Night debut.
CBS did not list any guests for Letterman's final show on Wednesday, but describes it as "an hour filled with surprises" and -- of course -- a final Top Ten.
The Late Show airs at 11:35 p.m. on CBS.
