Latin Grammys Tap Juanes, Laura Pausini for Person of the Year Gala

Spanish singer/songwriter Miguel Bosé, who is being honored as the 2013 Latin Recording Academy Person of the Year, will be in good company during his Las Vegas gala when some of the biggest stars in music pay tribute including Colombian singer Juanes, Italian songstress Laura Pausini and Mexican pop artist Julieta Venegas. 

The Nov. 20 invite-only event will also include performances by Spain's Alejandro Sanz and Colombia's Carlos Vives during a tribute dinner presented by Gucci Timepieces & Jewelry at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center as part of Latin Grammy week. 

Following the tribute gala, the 14th Latin Grammy Awards will take place on Nov. 21 with Mexican entertainer Lucero as host. The live telecast will include performances by Natalia Lafourcade, Pablo Alborán, Marc Anthony, Jesse & Joy (featuring Mario Domm), Vives, Rosa and Bosé. 

These artists have received nominations including Vives who is up for record of the year, song of the year, best tropical song for "Volví A Nacer," album of the year and best tropical fusion album for Corazón Profundo.

The awards show has partnered up with Univision Radio, which serves as the official Spanish-language radio network. This year's green carpet arrivals will be featured at during a pre-telecast presentation. 

Univision is also scheduled to present the arrivals live on the network from Las Vegas starting at 7 p.m. ET/PT (6 p.m. Central), during a program hosted by Univision personalities Giselle Blondet and Chiquinquira Delgado.
