The results are in and ASCAP members have voted to return nearly all of the performance-rights organization's board of directors. The board, chaired by ASCAP president Paul Williams, consists of newly elected composer Marcus Miller in the at-large field along with the returning members.That list includes songwriter Marilyn Bergman, composer Richard Bellis, composer Bruce Broughton, songwriter-producer Desmond Child, composer Alf Clausen, composer Dan Foliart, composer Alex Shapiro, songwriter Valerie Simpson, songwriter Jimmy Webb, and composer Doug Wood.

The publisher directors re-elected in the at-large field are Martin Bandier of Sony/ATV, Caroline Bienstock at Bienstock Publishing, Barry Coburn of Ten Ten Music, Laurent Hubert at BMG Gold Songs, Dean Kay of Lichelle Music, Leeds Levy of Leeds Music, Mary Megan Peer with peermusic, Matt Pincus from SONGS Music Publishing, Irwin Z. Robinson of Cromwell Music, Michael Sammis of Universal Music Publishing Group, and Cameron Strang of Warner Bros Music. 

Re-elected in the Symphonic and Concert field is publisher James Kendrick, Schott Music Corporation/European American Music Corporation.

The board will serve a two-year term beginning April 1.
