Yet again the Internet was in an uproar over the last week following news that the FCC is considering rule changes that would ostensibly create a "fast lane" for Internet-based companies willing to pay for it upsetting the long-standing net neutrality policy that's been in place since the web's inception. Critics contend this will lead to a "have-and-have-not" Internet, bifurcating the web and placing much more power into the hands of the major service providers -- such as Comcast and Time Warner (who are currently attempting to merge). Wheeler has asserted the proposed rules do not mean the end of the "open Internet." The (poll) question is, what do you think?
