Koch Entertainment Distribution announced new deals with three very diverse labels.

The first is an exclusive physical and digital distribution deal with Rising Force Records and its flagship artist, guitarist Yngwie Malmsteen. Rising Force Records was launched in 2008 with the primary function to release and market new and back catalogue material from Malmsteen as well as signing new talent. The first title slated for release is "Perpetual Flame," a brand new recording from Malmsteen featuring ex-Judas Priest/Iced Earth singer Tim 'Ripper' Owens to be released via Koch on October 14.

Earlier this month, Koch announced physical and digital distribution deals with Mass Appeal and ABB Records. Mass Appeal Entertainment is owned and operated by Marcus "DL" Siskind (Backstreet Boys, Lauryn Hill, Queen Latifah, etc.) The company's roster includes a multitude of artists currently signed from various musical genres. It also has divisions in publishing and production, including Mass Appeal Music Publishing and Shakertown Music, a joint venture with Sony/ATV Publishing.

Forthcoming releases by Mass Appeal Entertainment via Koch for the remainder of 2008 include an album by Suzanna Lubrano, "Saida," with titles in 2009 to include an album by Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes, "Eye-Legacy" and Dre Robinson, "This Is Me," among others.

ABB is a hip-hop label based in Oakland, Calif. Forthcoming releases include the Producer Series "Top Shelf Selections," Defari's "Work Hard Play Harder," Evidence's "Cats & Dogs" and Fusion Unltd.'s "Cold Fusion."
