The Netherlands' Arrow Rock Festival is on the move. After four years sited at Lichtenvoorde, near the Dutch/German border, the Live Nation Holland-organized event is relocating to Biddinghuizen, in the center of Holland.

The Biddinghuizen site also hosts the annual Lowlands festival.

Aerosmith, Scorpions, INXS, ZZ Top, Tesla and Europe are among the rock acts booked to perform at this year's fest, which will take place on June 30.

"The move to the Biddinghuizen event site gives us quite extra possibilities," says Rob Trommelen, Arrow Rock festival director (Live Nation Holland), "because its location is much more central and easier to get [to]."

As organizers of the Lowlands festival, Live Nation Holland-owned Mojo concerts has ploughed investment into the site over recent years, Trommelen says.

As a result, he explains, the 35,000 capacity ground has improved camping site conditions, and better water drainage.

Attendance for the one-day event has steadily risen since the inaugural festival five years ago, which gathered about 25,000 people. Last year drew roughly 50,000 festival goers, organizers said.
