Fitz Braum, managing director and founder of the Berlin label Four Music, will exit at the end of the month.

Braum intends to start new activities, details for which he declined to discuss.

Going forward, Philip Ginthör, label head of Sony BMG's Columbia Germany in Munich, and Mark Löscher, VP marketing, Four Music, will jointly take the helm at Four Music.

Ginthör will report to Willy Ehmann, senior VP Music Division Sony BMG Germany. Löscher reports to Ginthör.

"Fitz Braum was successful with acts such as Freundeskreis, Gentleman, Joy Denalane, Max Herre, Blumentopf and Cluesco. He gave Four Music a unique profile. I wish Fitz for his new activities a lot of success," comments Edgar Berger, CEO Sony BMG Germany.

Braum established Four Music in July 1996. He sold the company to Sony BMG Germany in 2006.
