Following its deal with Festival Republic for Latitude and Reading and Leeds Festivals, London-based Viagogo has now become the official secondary ticketing partner for the Isle Of Wight Festival, held June 12 to 14.

The 50,000-capacity Isle Of Wight Festival is headlined by dance act the Prodigy, Neil Young and U.K. rock acts Razorlight and Stereophonics. Scottish rock veterans Simple Minds is the latest addition to the line-up on June 14, along with indie-rock band the Pigeon Detectives and Irish pop act the Script.

"With the recent media speculation over untrustworthy ticket touts we wanted to make sure that festival-goers could purchase tickets from a reliable source," said John Giddings, Isle of Wight Festival organizer, in a statement. "The Isle of Wight Festival has signed Viagogo as they are undoubtedly the market leader in their area. They provide unparalleled expertise in secondary ticketing and we have absolute confidence that they will offer the best possible service to our customers."

It follows Viagogo's recent partnerships with Madonna's "Sticky & Sweet" tour and Andrew Lloyd Webber's Really Useful Group.
