Berlin-based 88TC88 was one of the music-based startups which launched at the SXSW Interactive Conference earlier this year. The Web-based service is designed to help artists translate their names, songs and album titles into Chinese to better reach that market.

The company has followed up with deals with Grooveshark, Hello Music and MUusic with Subtitles.
