Troubadour, Famed L.A. Venue, Signs with 4Jacks Entertainment to Develop Brand

The Troubadour has signed with the newly formed 4Jacks Entertainment to develop the brand assets of the famed West Hollywood venue.
4Jacks has been given the exclusive broadcast, licensing and merchandise rights to the club and will develop a variety of film, television and other media properties. They will also handle merchandise and other retail opportunities for the club, which is in its 56th year of operation.
The deal is the first for 4Jacks Entertainment, multi-media entertainment production, management and brand marketing company founded by David Helfant, Harris Wali and Steve Weber. Part of their role will be to attract corporate sponsors to special events at the Troubadour and strike deals with television production companies and networks.
Helfant, president/CEO of Arpeggio Entertainment, comes from the film and TV side of the music business; Wali’s HW Premier handles financial planning and estate management; and Weber is a multi-media entrepreneur.
