GMR Marketing (GMR) has merged with entertainment marketing agency Aaron Walton Entertainment (AWE), forming GMR Entertainment.

The new joint partnership has offices in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago and London. The company will be managed from GMR's New York location and led by senior executives Bobby Oppenheim and Marcus Peterzell, who will serve as co-managing directors, with all current staff staying in place.

Additionally, the company has added Michael Paoletta as VP of marketing, David Wille as VP of marketing (London), and Michelle Uher joins as senior director of digital marketing.

Paoletta was most recently brand marketing editor and senior music writer for Billboard Magazine. Wille most recently worked as director of international marketing of Warner Music International. Michelle Uher previously was with distribution company Navarre Corporation, where she oversaw the company's audio and video commerce and marketing digital initiatives.
