Franck and Chenault will be based in New York.

New York-based Koch Records is upping two of its senior executives to VPs. John Franck, formerly senior director of marketing, will become VP of the division, where he will continue to oversee its rock, hip-hop and soundtrack releases.

Reporting to president Bob Frank, Franck will also supervise the label's visual marketing, including music videos. Since joining in December 2000, Franck has been responsible for the marketing of rapper Master P and "American Idol" phenom William Hung.

Jeff Chenault makes the leap to VP of creative from senior director. Also reporting to Frank, Chenault will spearhead the design of CD packaging, ads, P.O.P. and promotional items for all genres.
