The Gospel Music Assn. presented several special awards during its annual membership meeting Monday (April 26).

This year's Impact Award went to Pro Tools. The lifetime achievement award was presented to Creative Ministries, Inc., which operates Creation Festivals, WJTL-FM and iTickets. The Assn. honored Harry Thomas and Tim Landis, who co-founded the Creation Festival in 1979.

Comedian Brad Stine received the Grady Nutt Humor Award. The Outstanding Mainstream Contribution to Gospel Music award went to Radio & Records. The International Award was presented to songwriter/worship leader Robin Mark.

Finally, the Scott Campbell Award went to John Frost of Audience Development Group and this year's Rob Gregory Award was presented to David Stephens, GM of KXOJ Radio in Tulsa, Okla.
