After nine years together, Britney Spears and her manager, Larry Rudolph, have terminated their business relationship by mutual consent.

In a statement, Rudolpoh says, "Britney and I simply realized that we have done all we can do together," adding that he intends to focus on "developing and nurturing young talent and producing television and film projects." Spears simply wishes Rudolph well and thanks him for his "guidance over the years."

Spears' representatives did not return calls about new management for the artist, whose hits set comes out Nov. 9 on Jive.

Rudolph also manages Blu Cantrell and the TrakStarz production team.
