The multi-faceted company will specialize in publishing, management, artist development and production. Its roster includes R&B/pop music writer Kevin Kendrick, who penned three songs on the Outkast album "Speakerboxx/the Love Below." Also on the writer roster are Sony artist Jon Stone, David Lewis and Tim Rushlow of the group Rushlow.

The company represents the entire Little Texas catalog and songs that have been hits for Kenny Chesney, Lonestar, Trace Adkins, Faith Hill, Reba McEntire, Natalie Cole, Hall & Oates and Patty Loveless.

Di Napoli served as manager, co-producer and publisher for Little Texas in the 1990s. He most recently ran his own management, production and publishing company before merging his interests with Killen's.

KMG, located on Music Row, includes a fully-equipped recording studio. Key staffers include creative director of publishing Dottie Rager and studio engineer Andy Kern.
