Former Korn member Brian "Head" Welch and actor Stephen Baldwin have formed Livin' It Records. The New York-based label, which is seeking distribution, aims to release Welch's solo debut album later this year.

Livin' It will be heavily promoted through Baldwin's "extreme sports ministry" of the same name. The Livin' It ministry is part of Christian organization Palaufest Productions.

Baldwin last year released a skateboarding documentary DVD, also called "Livin' It," which was sold on the organization's Web site and at its music/extreme sports festivals. Baldwin, who shot the documentary himself, claims it has sold more than 80,000 copies.

Baldwin says he and Welch are "not trying to invent the wheel, we are just bringing God and the Bible to the kids in a hardcore way that they can relate to."
