Eagle Rock Entertainment will be representing Death Row Records' audio catalog releases outside of North America and Canada beginning April 1, 2006. Exact releases under the pact have not yet been disclosed.

The Death Row hip-hop and rap catalog CDs involved are expected to be repackaged and feature bonus materials when they are distributed by Eagle Rock.

Eagle Rock would not comment on financial details about the relationship.

In a separate deal, Eagle Rock has acquired worldwide rights to Death Row's "Tupac Shakur: Live at the House of Blues," which is slated to be released worldwide this September on DVD, CD and UMD through Eagle Rock's Eagle Vision label.

The Shakur project, culled from a performance in Los Angeles in 1996 also featuring Snoop Dogg and the Outlawz, is thought to be the last taped performance of the artist before he was killed. The DVD version will include an exclusive interview with Death Row founder Suge Knight and several Shakur music videos.
