Nives promoted to VP of production and catalog.

Koch Records made several organizational changes in its New York offices in the production, creative services and marketing departments.

Dave Nives was promoted to VP of production and catalog and he will now oversee all aspects of production and will begin to oversee creative services as well. Nives has been with Koch for 10 years and was formerly director of production. He is based in New York and reports to Koch president Bob Frank.

Rich Dombrowski has been hired as director of creative services. Based in New York, Dombrowski will report to Dave Nives and be involved in all creative aspects of the company. He has freelanced for Koch for two years.

Koch has also centralized the entire marketing staff under VP of marketing John Franck. Franck will continue to report to executive VP/GM Alan Grunblatt.
