The AOL, XM Radio and AEG joint venture Network Live has added three new executives to its management team.

Andrew Thau has been recruited as COO, J.D. Heilprin has been appointed senior VP of strategic development and Ron Milkes will be general counsel and VP of legal affairs.

Thau, who most recently served as senior VP of operations and network development for Fox Cable Networks and Fox Sports International, will help develop Network Live's long-term strategy and will oversee all company operations.

Heilprin will handle all strategic partnerships and corporate development. He previously worked as a strategic advisor to Hewlett Packard and Hewlett Packard Europe, and had a similar role at MTV Networks.

Milkes will oversee all business and legal matters for Network Live. He most recently served as general counsel and member of the board of directors and management committee at the Firm.

Each new Network Live employee reports to Kevin Wall, the company's founder/CEO, in L.A. Heilprin additionally reports to Thau.

Network Live is intended to bring music performance into the digital age via live Internet and satellite radio broadcasts of mostly AEG Live-produced events, many originating from venues owned or operated by AEG.
