Canadian rapper Kardinal Offishall led all winners, taking home three honors, at the 17th Annual MuchMusic Video Awards last night (June 18) in Toronto. The event featured performances by Nelly Furtado featuring Timbaland, Fall Out Boy, Rihanna, Hedley, Nick Lachey, Simple Plan, City And Colour, Metric and Yellowcard.

Offishall's "Everyday (Rudebwoy)" released by Toronto indie label Black Jays, took home top video, director honors for Ray Robinson, and a VideoFACT award.

Universal's Fall Out Boy was named top international group; Sony's Kelly Clarkson top international artist; Green Day's "Wake Me Up When September Ends" (Warner) won for top international group video; and Rihanna's "S.O.S. (Rescue Me)" (Island) was named top artist international video.

The MMVAs aired globally for the 12th consecutive year -this year reaching 65 countries including IN Demand's two HD channels INHD and INHD2 in the United States.
