Two-week jaunt starts Jan. 4.

Fall Out Boy will play two week's worth of club shows next month as it builds buzz for its next Fueled by Ramen/Island album, "Infinity on High." The Friends or Enemies trek begins Jan. 4 in San Francisco and will run through Jan. 20 in Orlando, Fla., with full dates yet to be announced. New Found Glory, the Early November, Lifetime and Permanent Me will support on select dates.

Afterward, the band will head to Europe for more gigs, four of which have been announced so far. "Infinity on High" arrives Feb. 6; first single "This Ain't a Scene, It's an Arms Race" debuts this week at No. 27 on Billboard's Modern Rock chart.

Meanwhile, fans are being asked to submit cover art designs for the version of "Infinity on High" that will be sold at the iTunes store. The winner will be announced on Jan. 13 to coincide with the date iTunes begins accepting pre-orders for the album.

Before the January tour, Fall Out Boy has five shows on tap in December, including radio station-sponsored holiday gigs Grand Prairie, Texas, Minneapolis and Detroit.
