After a two-month hiatus, Spanish singer songwriter Alejandro Sanz resumes his "El Tren de los Momentos" tour Aug. 4.

Sanz suspended his tour last May, under orders from doctors to take an "absolute rest."

Sanz rescheduled most of his U.S. dates, originally slated for the first half of the year.

On August 4, he plays Santiago de Compostela in Spain and continues with 22 dates in his home country before heading for Puerto Rico Oct. 21. Sanz will play a total of 12 U.S. dates through February 2008.
