Mexican rock band Maná's four consecutive sellouts at the Staples Center in Los Angeles this month have set the record for a Latin act at the venue, according to Staples Center GM Lee Zeidman.

The AEG arena hosted 60,000 Maná fans Sept. 20 - 23, besting Justin Timberlake's run at the venue of 50,671 over three nights Sept. 16 - 19. The only other artist to sell out four consecutive nights at Staples was Neil Diamond in Sept. 2005.

"Labios Compartidos," the first single from the group's Warner album, "Amar Es Combatir," is nominated for a song of the year Latin Grammy this year, with Maná frontman Fher Olvera the nominated songwriter. The song is also nominated in the short-form music video category.
